NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 003969 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and RUTH A. MCLAUGHLIN A/K/A RUTH MCLAUGHLIN; CHARLES W. MCLAUGHLIN A/K/A CHARLES MCLAUGHLIN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 11th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK G, SOUTH GATE RIDGE, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 93 AND 93A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
