NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 002370 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INC, is the Plaintiff and MARIA CORREA; TRINIDAD GERARDO A/K/A GERARDO TRINIDAD; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; KENSINGTON PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA CORREA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRINIDAD GERARDO A/K/A UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERARDO TRINIDAD; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on APRIL 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 205, KENSINGTON PARK, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 65 & 65A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
