NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 4, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-000124 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and BRIAN R. MURPHY A/K/A J. BRIAN MURPHY A/K/A JAMES BRIAN MURPHY; GAIL R. MURPHY; FOREST LAKES COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT #1 N/K/A WILLIAM A TAYLOR SR, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ADAH TAYLOR are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 9 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
