BOOK 1164, PAGE(S) 549 THROUGH 605, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE(S) 73 THROUGH 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
