RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-000390-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and DOLORES DUCA A/K/A DOLORES DUCALL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 147, OF COLONY LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, AT PAGES 24 THROUGH 40 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
