NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 19, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-004561-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of APRIL, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block J, of Wilderness Lake Preserve - Phase II, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 63, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
