NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-003254WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 1st day of April, 2013, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 40, FIVE A RANCHES, UNIT 3, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 370 FEET THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
