NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortage Foreclosure filed by this Court on March 1, 2013, in Case No.: 08-CA-020442 in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida in which Tibor Peter Kollar, individually and as Trustee of Fourteen Avenue Land Trust; the unknown spouse of Tibor Peter Kollar n/k/a Edita Kollar; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., acting solely as nominee for ACT Lending Corporation d/b/a ACT Mortgage Capital, a Florida corporation, John Doe n/k/a Nick Hopkins; and Jane Doe n/k/a Heather Davis are Defendants, on April 1, 2013, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot(s) 3 & 4, Block 334, Unit 7, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page(s) 101 to 128, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
