Asset-backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-amc1, is the Plaintiff and Chet Sargent, are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 4 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
