NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 8, 2013 in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-055342 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 8 day of April, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 102, PHASE 500 (BUILDING NO. 500), OF SANDPIPER GREENS AT PELICAN LANDING CONDOMINIUM III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3171, PAGE 2156 THROUGH 2304, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER IWTH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
