NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-CA-054606 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, Plaintiff, and,
YOLANDA CASANOVA, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on April 8, 2013 at 9:00 AM on the Real Foreclosure website www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes for the following described property:
LOT 15, BLOCK 14, OF UNIT 4, LEHIGH ACRES, REPLAT OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 263, PAGE 354 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
