NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on June 6, 2013 the following described property:
UNIT 23-208, OF VILLAGIO, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4253, PAGE 4271, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA;
a/k/a 10110 Villagio Palm Way, Unit #208, Estero, Florida 33928.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
