LOT 8 IN BLOCK 7 OF BRANDONWOOD SUBDIVISION - UNIT NO. 4 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43 PAGE 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
