ASSETS RESOLUTION CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and PHILLIP SIMMER; RICHARD SIMMER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD SIMMER; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., (USA) FKA NATIONSBANK, N.A.; CHASE BANK USA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK ONE DELAWARE, N.A.; ADAMSTOWN CAY, INC. A/K/A ADAMSTOWN CAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A MR. SIMMER SR., are defendants. EAST SIDE (RIGHT). THIS SPACE TO BECOME A PART OF THE REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1061 APOLLO BEACH BLVD. A ADAMSTOWN CAY CONDO.
