NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Counts III through VIII of the Amended Complaint” (the “Final Judgment”), and the “Order Granting C-1 Bank's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale,” entered in the above-styled action in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, as described on the attached Exhibit, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 11, 2013, at 10:00 a.m.:
