Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, and entered into Civil Court Action 12-CA-018864-N in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which the Bob Mitch Associates, Inc., a Florida corporation, is the Plaintiff and Dwayne R. Starks is a Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash. In a sale at Public Auction to be conducted electronically at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on April 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Order which is:
The Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 29 South, Range 22 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the West 418.00 feet and the South 210.00 feet thereof and being subject to an easement for road across the North 15.00 feet and the East 15.00 feet thereof.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
