NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-007832 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-11, is the Plaintiff and Cesar E. Jaimes, Luisa James a/k/a Luisa Jaimes, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, Nassau Pointe at Heritage Isles Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 9th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
