NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-24938 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for the Certidicateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc. Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding Trust 2007-AR4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR4, is the Plaintiff and Maria M. Iriarte-Arias a/k/a Maria M. Iriarte, Francisco A. Lopez-Lopez, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Beth Diaz, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 8th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
