NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-029568 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, Plaintiff, and, KELLY, ALICIA, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 17TH day of APRIL, 2013, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 302, THE HIGHLANDS AT HUNTER'S GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12788, AT PAGE 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
