NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-031985, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MARIA RODRIGUEZ A/K/A MARIA A. RODRIGUEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; BAYVIEW MEDICAL & REHAB CENTER; CAPITAL ONE BANK USA, N.A.; CENTURION CAPITAL CORP, ASSIGNEE OF FCNB, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CORP; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LVNV FUNDING LLC; PALISADES ACQUISITION XVI, LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; STEPHEN SKAATES; TAMPA BAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; WILLIAM FERNANDEZ AND MODESTO M. DEL RIO DBA D&F INVESTMENTS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) MICHAEL GUZMAN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 3802C, BUILDING 2, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3543, PAGE 86 ET SEQ, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 39, ET SEQ, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDEMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
