NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 11, 2013 in Civil Case No. 29-2011-CA-014092 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and BARBARA L. BYNUM, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of April, 2013 at 02:00 PM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, BELMONT HOMESITES, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 45, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
