NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-014636 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HOMEWARD RESIDENTIAL, INC., is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL L. LOMBARDI; CAMILLE T. LOMBARDI; PEBBLE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on MARCH 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, IN PEBBLE CREEK VILLAGE UNIT NO. 13, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
