NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-018567 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC., is the Plaintiff and DAVID W. NEWBERRY; AMY E. NEWBERRY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on MARCH 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PORTION OF TRACT 831, THIRD ADDITION TO RUSKIN COLONY FARMS, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 132, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID TRACT 831; THENCE NORTH 89° 57'10” EAST, ALONG NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 831, A DISTANCE OF 319.75 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT 831; THENCE SOUTH 00°18'21” EAST, ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 831; A DISTANCE OF 91.68 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89° 57'31” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 319.70 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 831; THENCE NORTH 00° 20'13” WEST, ALONG SAID WEST BOUNDARY, A DISTANCE OF 91.65 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
