NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-016216-N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2, is the Plaintiff and RENAE CHESHIRE A/K/A RENAE K. CHESHIRE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA JUAN SANTIAGO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on MARCH 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, LESS THE WEST 10 FEET THEREOF AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 21 IN BLOCK 1, OF GANDY BOULEVARD PARK, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THEREON, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
