NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Feb. 27, 2013 and entered in Case No.2011-CC-033287-L , of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LAKESHORE RANCH HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and GUSTAVO ACEVEDO and NURIA ACEVEDO, and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. as successor in interest to WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 14, 2013, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 36 Block A, LAKE SHORE RANCH, PHASE II A, as recorded in Plat Book 85 Page 46 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
