NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-009174 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and MELISSA SANTANA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 25 and 26 of Block 4 of Nebraska Avenue Heights Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded Plat Book 14, Page 41, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
