THE WEST 75.00 FEET OF THE EAST 215.69 FEET OF THE SOUTH 264.00 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6 TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, LESS ROAD, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
