NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-009247 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon, as Successor Trustee under NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2005-4, is the Plaintiff and Abraham Bolarinwa, as co-trustee of Hollyglen Family Trust, Caroline I. Bolarinwa, as co-trustee of Hollyglen Family Trust, Plantation Homeowners, Inc., Unknown Beneficiaries of Hollyglen Family Trust, Unknown Trustee of Hollyglen Family Trust, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 25th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
