NGUYEN AKA CHRISTINE NGUYEN, et. al., are Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 23rd day of April, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 20, BLOCK A OF SOUTH FORK UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOCK 100, PAGES 188 THROUGH 192, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
