Clark a/k/a Troy Edward Clark, deceased, Ada C. Clark, as an Heir of the Estate of Troy E. Clark a/k/a Troy Edward Clark, deceased, Ada C. Clark, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Troy E. Clark a/k/a Troy Edward Clark, deceased, Fifth Avenue Villas Condominium Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Bank, a division of Treasury Bank, NA, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 18th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
