Final Judgment was awarded on February 05, 2013 in Civil Case No.:29-2011-CA-006297, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, JAMES FOLEY A/K/A JAMES L. FOLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES FOLEY A/K/A JAMES L. FOLEY; THE VILLAGE SOUTH OF CARROLLWOOD, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on March 26, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, THE VILLAGE SOUTH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 80, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
