NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-001890, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee under POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT Dated as of May 1, 2007 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR3 is Plaintiff and JASMINE ACEVEDO-LACAGNINA; RICHARD A. LACAGNINA A/K/A RICHARD A. ACEVEDO-LACAGNINA, JR. A/K/A RICHARD A. LACAGNINA, JR.; , et al, are defendants. The clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth herein after, by electronic sale at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. On April 15, 2013, at 10:00a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
