NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 11th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-006769, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and ALEJANDRO D. GOMEZ A/K/A ALEJANDRO DAVID GOMEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; GRAND HAMPTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC KRISTINA GOMEZ A/K/A KRISTINA ANN GOMEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 5th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 15 OF GRAND HAMPTON PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGES 32 THRU 53 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
