UNIT 8813-A, IN BUILDING 9 OF ARMENIA VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16789, AT PAGE 40 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8813-A CRESTVIEW DIVER UNIT#A, TAMPA, FL 33604; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 15, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
