NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 17, 2013, and entered in CasE No. 11-CA-13122 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and JESUS REYES; ANA ROSA REYES A/K/A ANA R. REYES A/K/A ANA REYES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATIONS SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR TAYLOR, BEAN AND WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A NEYCHA NAVARRA; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JOSE L. FUENTES are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 1, LESS THE WEST 100 FEET OF BLOCK 11 FAIRGROUND FARMS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
