NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-001032 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I TRUST 2007-HE6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007- HE6, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL MAHOVLIC; SHAKISHA MAHOVLIC; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARK MAHOVLIC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on APRIL 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND IN BLOCK 10 OF REVISED MAP OF TEMPLE HIGHLANDS AS PER MAP THEREOF AN REVISED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID BLOCK 10, RUN THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID BLOCK 10, A DISTANCE OF 170.0 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN THENCE SOUTH 107.0 FEET, RUN THENCE EAST 70.0 FEET, RUN THENCE NORTH 107.0 FEET, RUN THENCE WEST 70.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
