NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-007427 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association successor by merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and Melody Love White are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 5, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7 AND THE WEST 30 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 2, ROBBINS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
