Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, The Clerk of Court will sell the property described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and located in Pinellas County, Florida, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 4th day of June, 2013.

UNIT 1844, BUILDING 11351, PHASE 1, SHIPWATCH EIGHT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 112, PAGE(S) 13 THROUGH 29, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8103, PAGE(S) 55, ET. SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
