NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 7, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-018090 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-AR23, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR23 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated September 1, 2005, Plaintiff and Justo I. Oliva and Elba R. Oliva, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, LESS THE NORTH 67 FEET THEREFROM, EDEN COURT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 88, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
