NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004550 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff and SCOTT E OLSWOLD A/K/A SCOTT EUGENE OLSWOLD and AVRIL D HARRIS- OLSWOLD and SEVENTIETH SOMERSET PLACE, INC. are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 5th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 1492, SEVENTIETH SOMERSET PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 124 THROUGH 128 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4984, PAGES 1772 THROUGH 1834, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
