NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-001471 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Alissa J. Dines, Elliot S. Dines, George C. Vlahakis, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Elaine Dines, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 24th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
