NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-008761-CO-42, of the County Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein COAST TO COAST CONSTRUCTION SPECIALTIES, INC., is Plaintiff, and J & J PROPERTIES ASSOCIATES, LLC., is defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on Friday, April 26, 2013, to the highest bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
A parcel in the Southeast quarter of Section 26, Township 28 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
Commence at the East 1/4 of said Section 26, for a point of reference, thence N 89° 29' 43'' W., along the East-West centerline of said Section 26, 1003.62 feet; thence S 00° 33' 37'' E., 65.70 feet to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of State Road 580, said point being the Point of Beginning; thence continue S 00° 33' 37'' W., 210.73 feet to the northerly boundary of a Department of Transportation Detention Area; thence along said Northerly boundary S 89° 26' 27'' W., 222.96 feet; thence N 00° 33' 37'' W., 212.27 feet to the aforementioned southerly right-of-way line of State Road 580; thence along said right-of-way line along a curve to the right, radius 22853.31 feet; chord bearing N 89° 50' 12'' E., arc and chord 22.97 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
