NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Florida Statute §715.109, Riviera Estates Limited Partnership, d/b/a Riviera Estates Mobile Home Park will offer for public sale the following:
1971 “IMPE” Mobile Home,
Title # 4702935 & VIN # 311949
and on the 3rd day of April, 2013 at 29141 U.S. Highway 19 North, Lot 92, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as possible, the landlord will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” the aforesaid personal property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority by law, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs of storage, advertising and sale, due and owing the landlord.
