NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-009046 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JESSICA A VANDERPOOL A/K/A JESSICA VANDERPOOL; BRIAN VANDERPOOL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
