NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 10, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 10-007650-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., CSFB MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-5, is the Plaintiff and LAWRENCE E. LE ROY A/K/A LARRY E. LE ROY; FIDES MAY ORPILLA LE ROY A/K/A FIDES M. LE ROY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRISTINA MAHR; TENANT #2 N/K/A MITCH TECKMAN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
