Unit/Lot No. 54 of OASIS MOBILE PARK, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “C-2” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Master Occupancy Agreement as recorded in Official Records Book 8941, Page 2076, and as amended in Official Records Book 14994, Page 1144, and that certain Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement recorded on May 11, 2005, in O.R. Book 14305, Page 686, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

TOGETHER WITH any equity owned in said unit or any assets of OASIS HOME OWNERS', INC., and including Stock Certificate # 172, representing one (1) share in OASIS HOME OWNERS', INC., a Florida corporation, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, including one (1) 1961 Marl mobile home, VIN # G141D504, Title # 0000770381, and Real Property Decal # R0660758, with all attachments, additions, furniture, fixtures, air conditioning/heating units attached to or made a part of the mobile home now owned or hereafter at any time made or acquired, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jennifer Lynn Codding, Esq., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 12110 Seminole Blvd., Largo, FL 33778, on or before April 15, 2013 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
