TO: LOMARJU LIMITED A/K/A LOMARJU LIMTITED and NICK BOZIAN, (collectively “Lomarju”) and all unknown personal representatives, spouses, heirs, lineal descendants, successors, legatees, devisees, grantees, assigns, lienors, creditors, and all other claimants of, by or through the Lomarju and all others claiming by, through, under or against the Lomarju, and any other party or parties claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the lands hereafter described.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendants in a legal proceeding filed against you for reformation of the deed to Joan I. True, as Trustee of the Joan I True Trust Agreement dated March 4, 1997 recorded in O.R. Book 11854, Page 1983, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. The action involves real property in Pinellas County, Florida, more fully described as follows:
UNIT WEEK NUMBER 45 IN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NUMBER 605, JAMAICAN ON THE GULF, and Interval Ownership Resort Condominium, according to the Official Records Book 5178, page 668, according to the Condominium Plat Book 74, Page 114, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements as described in said Declaration appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with and subject, however, to all of the provisions of the said Declaration of Condominium of Jamaican on the gulf, and interval ownership resort condominium (the “UNIT”)
The action was instituted in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, and is styled JOAN I. TRUE, AS TRUSTEE OF THE JOAN I. TRUE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 4, 1997 vs., LOMARJU LIMITED A/K/A LOMARJU LIMTITED and NICK BOZIAN.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Kenneth G. Arsenault, Jr., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 2, Largo, FL 33771, on or before April 12, 2013, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiffs' interest which will be binding upon you.
