NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-607-CI-8 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2003-6, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-6,, is Plaintiff and Gary E. Sloan and Cynthia A. Sloan, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 12th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Block J, Pinebrook Estates Unit Five, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 76, Pages 88 Through 94, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 7265 121st Terrace, Pinellas Park, FL 33773
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
