YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, BEL-FOREST MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Condominium Unit E-1, of BEL FOREST MANOR CONDOMINIUMS, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4902, Page 484, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1753 Belleair Forest Drive, #E1, Belleair, Florida, 33756.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before April 15, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
