NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 19, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2010CA002187CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and SCOTT J. DIAS, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of April, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The following described land, situate, lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit: That part of Lots 11 and 12, Block 39, JUNGLE TERRACE SECTION “D”, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 86, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida described as follows; Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Lot 11 running thence South 40 feet, thence South 63° 00` 12” West 153.77 feet, thence by a curve to the right, radius 150 feet arc 30 feet, chord North 5° 43` 47” West 29.95 feet; thence North 45 feet, thence North 75° 57`50” East; 144.31 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
